I give and bequeath unto my mother-in-law Susan Nevil the bed, bedstead and bedding belonging wherein she now lives.
I give and bequeath all my stock-in-trade, household furniture, my goods and chattels and estates after payment of all debts and legacies and funeral expenses unto my sons William Brunning and James Brunning - share and share alike.
I stand indebted in a certain bond made to the late Reverend Mr. Jackson of Great Waldingfield conditioned for payment of fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain and interest in which bond my father William Brunning of Great Waldingfield stands bond for the whole money. My executor shall pay and discharge the money due on the said bond.
I make my brother Isaac Brunning sole executor of this my last will and testament and I make and appoint him guardian of my said children until they arrive at respective ages of 21.
