All and Whole a Ground Annual of £16-7-6d exigible under a Contract of Ground Annual between Daniel Walkinshaw and Others as Trustees of the deceased Robert Walkinshaw of Parkhouse and Alexander Shaw, Mason and Builder in Glasgow, dated 25th February and 1st, 2nd and 3rd March and recorded in the Particular Register of Sasines etc. for Renfrewshire and Regality of Glasgow etc. on 7th March and also in the Books of Council and Session on 29th April all in the year 1864 and payable furth of and from ALL and WHOLE that steading of ground containing seven hundred and twenty seven square yards and seven square feet or thereby Imperial Measure bound- ed on the east by the central line of Stanley Street Sixty feet in breadth along which it extends Fifty feet or thereby on the west by the central line of a lane sixteen feet in breadth along which it extends Fifty feet or thereby on the north by ground disponed by the Trustees of the said Robert Walkinshaw to William Dewar along which it extends One hundred and thirty one feet or thereby on the south by unfeued portions of the lands of Parkhouse along which it extends One hundred and thirty one feet or thereby all as delineated upon a plan endorsed on said Contract of Ground Annual and signed by the parties as relative thereto with free ish and entry to/

to and from said piece of ground by the Street and Meuse Lane before mentioned, which steading of ground is part and portion of these lands described in the original Title Deeds thereof as ALL and WHOLE that park called the Cunninghouse afterwards Kenninghouse Park, with houses buildings yards and haill pertinents lying within the Parish of Govan and Shire of Renfrew, all as the said steading of ground is particularly described in the said Contract of Ground Annual.
